This is the second time I have hired your Labour TENS machine and again I’m very pleased with your service and product. My last labour was induced and I had the TENS machine on from the time they inserted the drip until the birth. I gradually increased the intensity of the TENS as the contractions built up. I’m certain the TENS helped as my energy levels were great and I was able to cope with the transition and 2.5 hours of pushing.

This labour was short and sweet. We arrived at hospital late on Monday night after my waters broke, the midwife told us to get some rest as not much would happen before tomorrow. By 3am my contractions were becoming steady at 3mins apart, by 4am it started getting uncomfortable so my husband connected the Labour TENS machine. I sent him back to sleep as I was sure we had hours to go! I slowly increased the boost levels as my contractions increased in intensity over the next 2 hours, and i moved the labour along by bouncing on the birth ball. By 6am I needed a change of scene so i got in the shower, by 7am I was fully dilated and at 7.18 we welcomed our 3.5kg son into the world. We had a wonderful positive birthing experience with zero intervention and the labour TENS machine played a big part in that.
