I used my Labour TENS machine from early labour (I was induced) until I got an epidural. I found the machine particularly helpful in dealing with the pain until quite late on (it was a very long labour). I actually didn’t end up using the shower or birth pool because I didn’t want to take the Labour TENS off!!
