I highly recommend the use of Labour TENS in labour. I found it especially helpful in staying active through early labour. The TENS machine even helped me to sleep through some of my active labour!

Because of the Labour TENS machine I was able to stay calm and relaxed and have the natural birth I was hoping for. Staying relaxed is the key to labour progressing well and the Labour TENS machine fascilitated that for me.
