I found the labour TENS machine very easy to use and extremely useful. I used the machine alone when labouring at home and when I first went to the hospital. As the labour intensified I used gas and air in conjunction with the TENS machine. This helped greatly as the tens machine enhanced the gas effects, which allowed me to have the gas on a very low percentage. This helped as the gas made me feel nauseous when up high. At no stage did I get near using the TENS machine at full power. I would recommend trying the Labour TENS to anyone.
