I was induced, so when I felt the first twinges of discomfort I put the TENS on, and it made me feel comfortable again. I went all night then at 11.15pm the contractions increased. My husband and the midwife made it into my room just in time, to birth my baby at 12.30am. I was happy to have the TENS on and I managed to boost it up to full capacity 60milliamps!

I made use of the TENS machine again the next day with all the after pains, especially during breast feeds.
