The Labour TENS was recommended to me by my cousin who had recently used it for her birth. I found it was excellent for relieving the pain. I had instant relief from the backache I experienced and the cramping-like sensations early on. For the more intense contractions it gave me something constructive to focus on. I had a week of false labour and the TENS machine was a godsend. The actual labour was only one and a half hours!It was absolutely wonderful, drug free and natural just using the TENS machine.
