My midwife recommended your Labour TENS machine at the Hospital. I started using the TENS machine early on, with the yoga positions, hypnotherapy and breathing I'd learnt. I focused on staying relaxed and letting my body do what it's meant to do. I used the humming bee breath, and took off the TENS for a moment to get in the shower, then I started to feel the contractions as intense, so I got out and put the TENS machine back on. My waters broke and we rushed to the hospital, where we were whisked into the birthing suite. Lucas was born shortly afterwards, perfect and healthy.
