We had a short, sharp labour -four hours in total. I started using the labour TENS within 1/2 hour of the first contractions and used it until the placenta came out. Claire says "it was really helpful for most of the labour". We had a drug free natural birth. At the pushing stage though Claire thinks nothing would've made a difference!
