This was my third pregnancy and I was not wanting any drugs this time around, that’s why I decided to try the Labour TENS machine after it was recommended by the hospital. I found that even though the TENS didn’t stop the pain it was a great distraction and gave me a speedier recovery after the birth. I would definitely use this option again!
