I used the Labour TENS machine from early labour and right through to the birth as advised. I found the TENS machine very helpful in giving me something else to concentrate on other than the contractions, as well as providing effective pain relief. The booster button became a very good squeezing aid in the final stage of labour too! I only used gas in addition to the TENS machine and that was really only to have something to focus on during the contractions. I would recommend this product to anyone as it’s easy to use and very effective method of pain relief during labour.
