I couldn’t have done it without the TENS – I loved it!

It gave me something to focus on.

I used it through all stages of labour until our daughter was born.  I would highly recommend using the TENS and will definitely be using it again if we have a third baby. 

The TENS assisted in helping the birth experience to be a very positive one.
