I intended to use the TENS machine until I needed something stronger.  My plan was to exhaust all natural options before moving on to drugs. 

We started using the Labour TENS for the car journey to the hospital and it was so effective that we used it right up until the last few pushes.  I completely credit my drug free birth to the effectiveness and control over the pain that the TENS gave me.  I would recommend it to anyone for Labour.
