The midwives recommended your labour TENS. I was induced around 2pm and our beautiful baby girl arrived at 6.55pm. Due to 2 prostaglandins my contractions were extremely strong a close together, so i didn’t get much of a break at all. I used the TENS machine from the beginning right through until I got in the bath around 4.30pm. They were the only two pain relief options i used. I cannot stress enough how very much the Labour TENS helped with my pain management. I was truly impressed and would recommend it to anyone who plans to have a natural birth.
