I have used a Labour TENS machine now 3 times…. for the births of my 3 children, and would recommend it to anyone wanting natural pain relief.

Here is my story:  I was woken at 6am by my son asking if it was time to get up! After getting him & his brother up my back was sorer than normal, so I heated a wheat pack and went back to bed telling my husband I think I am about to go into labour.

30 minutes later I started contracting…. 3 minutes apart. We put the boys in the car to grandma’s.  I had a shower & rang the midwife and finished packing a bag. My husband attached the Labour TENS machine to help with the pain. At 7.30am we left for the hospital…. as soon as we arrived the midwife assessed me and turned the birth pool on, but it was too late. Already fully dilated… my waters broke only a few minutes later and 3 pushes after that…. baby Lily was born!! She is just gorgeous
