I used the TENS machine in early labour. It was great, it really helped me through each contraction. I was able to stay at home as long as possible so when I arrived at the birth centre I was already 9cm dilated. I had a drug free natural delivery. I'm sure this wouldn't of happened if it wasn't for the labour TENS machine.  I am recommending you to everyone.
