I found the Labour TENS machine extremely useful during my labour and I’m so glad I hired it. I used it for pain relief and distraction during contractions right up until the end when I had to push. I was so happy I didn’t need an epidural due to the TENS taking the “edge off”. I started with it on a low setting and slowly increased it to about 2/3 strength. I would definitely recommend the TENS machine to any woman wanting another natural pain relief option for labour, and I will be sure to use it again.
