I experienced contractions quite quickly and extensively at the onset of “labour”. They were every 3-6 mins for 50 hours!!  The Labour TENS machine was such a lifesaver! It relieved pain significantly and the distraction of using it really kept my spirits and strength up high. It was also comforting knowing I had an “outlet” to help me just before a contraction came on…. like a friend there for 50 hours rubbing your back in just the right place!

I absolutely know I wouldn’t have been able to give 50 hours a go without it.
