I found it hard to tell exactly how much effect it had as i used it right from the start, and left it on until I had a shower. I can say that 3/4 of the way through the labour I was thinking “why isn’t this harder? This is not too bad!” I guess that was probably due to a combination of the TENs machine, endorphins and happy gas. I would use it again.
